It seems my website is working well, as I have been approached by one of the Directors of the East 15 Acting School to do some teaching. A vacancy has come up for a ten week temporary contract to go in and teach the students how to build a basic website and make a poster. The students are on the first year of the BA Creative Producing course which started last September.
Following two successful sessions, five of the seven students managed to create basic websites and I have also been ask to go in next week and work with other students at the organisation to help with their websites also. The new students are third years from the BA Acting & Stage Combat course.
Both courses are accredited by Essex University and are based in Southend.
The work fits in well with my work at South Essex College, and they have been very understanding and flexible about me having to be at Writtle to work on the Degree Show.
