I've been living like this for two days now, with the kitchen covered in plaster. The hallway has been transformed into a cast storage. I still need to make time for sanding and refining, which will probably be Saturday evening, allowing Sunday for transporting to Writtle. Fortunately, the mould hasn't transferred from the older casts, so that's good at least!
It has also become apparent that plaster varies greatly from batch to batch, with some taking ages to dry and other setting in no time at all. Colour is also an issue - some are more flesh coloured that others, luckily as drying is taking place the cast are getting whiter...
